It is with great sadness that the family of Yvonne Ezzell announces her passing, at the age of 68, on March 30, 2018, after a long tuff battle with cancer. She was born August 13, 1950, in Macon, to the late James and Hazel (Land) Ezzell. She was a 1968 Graduate of McEvoy High School and studied at Macon College and Georgia State College. She had a long distinguished career with Bell South/AT &T where she retired with 40 plus years of experience. Yvonne truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; she loved to travel, yard sales, movies, going out to eat (especially with the "Bell South Girls"), genealogy, and of course her animals (her babies).
Yvonne had a strong passion for family, being one of eight brothers and sisters, family relationships run strong. She is survived by her brother Jesse H. Ezzell and late wife Sadako, sister Mitzi (Ezzell) and Doug Taylor, brother Curtis and Bonnie (Green) Ezzell, sister Marion Ezzell, brother, the late James Ezzell, sister Evelyn (Ezzell) Beaver and late Husband Danny, and Yvonne's Twin sister, the late Elaine (Ezzell) Ford and late husband Herbert. With such a large family, needless to say, she is also survived by a multitude of cousins, in-laws, nephews and nieces. Lastly her fur babies, Ringo (late), Winkie (late), Bubba (late), Dee Dee, Scotty, Hoss, and Pickles.
Yvonne worked very hard all her life, up until the very end. She made a difference in the lives of many. We invite you to join us and celebrate together.
ARRANGEMENTS: Life Celebration will take place at Yvonne's Home, 320 Amanda Drive, Macon, Georgia 31216, on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
