In honor of Wyatt’s life and the way he chose to live it, the family requests no formal dress. Friends and family are invited to attend in casual, comfortable clothing, just as Wyatt would have wanted.
Wyatt was born on September 17, 2009, in Macon, Georgia. From a young age, he possessed a deep appreciation for the outdoors and a natural knack for adventure. He loved spending his days fishing along quiet banks, hunting in the woods he knew like the back of his hand, and riding dirt roads on anything with an engine. If it ran, Wyatt could drive it and if it broke, he could fix it.
A talented young man with gifted hands, Wyatt could repair just about anything he set his mind to. He worked various odd-and-end jobs, always eager to learn something new and never meeting a task he wasn’t willing to tackle. He often joked that he “knew a little something about everything,” and those who knew him well would say he wasn’t far from the truth.
Wyatt also had a soft spot for caring for animals, raising chickens and ducks with the same dedication and patience he brought to everything else. Though young in years, he carried the spirit of an old soul, steady, thoughtful, and wise beyond his age. He was full of life, laughter, and resilience that enabled him to make the best out of any situation.
Wyatt’s presence brought warmth, energy, and joy to all who had the privilege of knowing him, and he will be deeply missed.
Wyatt was preceded in death by his aunt, Kaleigh Wimberly; grandmother Rhonda Cranford; great-grandmothers, Opal Beckner, Mary Terrell, and Wilma Tatro; and great-grandfathers, Heyward Cranford, Jim Terrell, and Dana Beckner.
Left to cherish Wyatt’s memory are his parents, Kandace “Kandi” Settle (Travis) and Keith Cranford (Rebecca); brothers, Noah Cranford (Lee), Cameron Seabolt, and Aiden Cranford; grandmothers, Terri Terrell, Shirley Cranford, Deby Carlisle, and Lynn Meredith; grandfathers, Bo Beckner and Keith Carlisle; aunt, Lindsey and uncle, Austin Wimberly; nephews, Bentlee and Braxton Wimberly; his four-legged best friends, Tank and Boots; and numerous extended family members.
