William Cecil Gregory, 68, of Macon, passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 11, at 10:00 AM in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, with Pastor Dan Holloman officiating.
Mr. Gregory was born on May 11, 1953, in Macon, Georgia, to the late Homer Horace Gregory and Doris Norton Gregory. He was retired from Robins Air Force Base, where he worked as a sheet metal mechanic. Mr. Gregory attended Henderson Road Baptist Church. He spent much of his free time working on lawn mowers and small engines.
Mr. Gregory was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Gail Gregory; daughter, Crystal Gregory Johnson; sisters, Jeanette Green and Inez Carnes; and brothers, Calvin Gregory and Donald Gregory.
Mr. Gregory is survived by his sister, Charlotte Yaughn; brothers, Randall Gregory (Darlene) and Morgan Gregory (Joyce); granddaughters, Alyssa Johnson and Brittney Johnson; special niece, Cindy Pruitt; special fur-babies, Tot and Baby Girl; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family graciously requests donations be made in Mr. Gregory's honor to: Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon, Georgia 31210.
