William "Thomas" Daughtry, formerly of Florida, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024. A memorial gathering will be held back home at a later date.
Thomas was born in Tallahassee, Florida on September 2, 1965 to the late Mr. Clinton Daughtry and Mrs. Myrtle Glover Daughtry. He was a jack of all trades. He was devoted to his job with Outdoor Advertising and spent nearly 25 years creating many signs and took pride in his work. Thomas loved being outdoors. You could find him outside restoring his big truck, riding his Harley and hunting. He enjoyed life to full measures. Thomas took pride in his looks, always wearing the best boots, shiniest belts and big watches. He enjoyed winding down with a good gym session. What he loved most was his Dachshund of 11 years, Bucky. Anyone that knew Thomas was lucky to be his friend. He will be dearly missed.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Robert.
Thomas' good friends will forever cherish his memories, John Mitchell, Rusty Scott and Bobbi Daughtry.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to Navicent Atrium CCICU, and Pine Point Hospice for their upmost care of Thomas in his final days.
