William "Billy" Lee Bell Jr., 68, of Lizella, GA, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2024. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held 11:00 AM Monday, July 15, 2024, at Lizella Baptist Church. Pastor Chris Minton and Pastor Rick Parsons will officiate the service.
Mr. Billy was born on May 21, 1956, to Mrs. Carlo Hardy Bell and the late Mr. William Lee Bell Sr. Billy was known as a proud family man who cherished his daughters and grandchildren immensely. He lived life to the fullest and passed that legacy to his daughters, teaching them how to wakeboard and jet ski in the summer and snowboard in the winter. He is described as a fun, rock and roll loving, jokester who loved with his whole heart. When he wasn't spending time with his family, he could be found cruising on his Harley.
He is survived by his mother, Carlo Bell Hopkins (Lowell); daughters, Lacey Cierra Bell and Micki Cheyenne Bell; sister, Sharon Bell Spivey (Stewart); brothers, Gary Alan Bell (Kelley), Tony Leonard Bell (Vicki); grandchildren, Jazlynn La'shae King, A'riyah Cheyenne King, and Lennon Cole Dobson.
