William Amerson

William "Billy" Melton Amerson Jr. 63, of Lizella, Georgia went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at his home with his loving wife at his side. A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 28, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home. The family will greet friends following the service.
Born in Macon, he was the son of the late William Melton Amerson Sr. and Willie B. Hensley Amerson. He was a retired manager with Hall Express and was a member of the First Evangelical Church. He was preceded in death by a son, Benji Amerson.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Amerson, Children, Will Amerson(Melissa), Holly Flanagan(Brandon) and Craig Arnold(Cheri). Sisters, Shirley Wilday, Elaine Hubbard, Mary Freeman and Kathy Griffin(Ricky). Seven grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Grandmother in law, Hazel Collins.
