Wesleyan Riezinger
December 14, 2024 — March 24, 2025
Wesleyan Dalton Riezinger, 3 months old, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 24, 2025. A celebration of his life at a park will be held at a later date.
Wesleyan was born on December 14, 2024, in Athens, Georgia. Wesleyan was a bright light in his family's life, even though his time here was far too short. At just three months old, he had already begun to show his playful spirit—his smile was contagious, and his giggles brought joy to everyone around him. Wesleyan had just learned how to roll over, and his little milestones filled his family with so much pride. He loved snuggling with his mommy and playing with his big brother, Waylon, who adored him dearly. Though his time was brief, Wesleyan's presence brought an immeasurable amount of happiness to his loved ones. His family takes comfort in knowing that all babies, like Wesleyan, are welcomed into heaven with open arms. As it is written in the Bible, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God" (Mark 10:14). Wesleyan's sweet spirit will forever be with them, a precious angel in heaven.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Brylie Riezinger (Malik Stubbs); brother, Waylon Canter; and grandparents, Robert (Elisa) Riezinger.
