Mr. Wade Taplin White, 89, of Lizella, Georgia passed away peacefully in his home Sunday January 26, 2025. A funeral service to celebrate his life will be held 2:00 pm Friday January 31, 2025, at Bethel Baptist Church 7495 Knoxville Rd. Lizella, Georgia 31052. Pastor Jerry Garner will be officiating.
Wade was born on July 26, 1935, in Helena, Georgia to the late Mr. Joe and Mrs. Roberta White he was one of six children. Wade was the identical twin of Willard White, who still resides in Lizella Today and is predeceased by siblings Dillard White, Jesse White, Berlin White, and Eva Jean DuLong. Wade is also predeceased by grandson, Ethan Wade Frasca. Wade Developed a strong work ethic as a young man and was a dedicated employee of 43 years at Inland Container Corporation as well as a long-time member of Bethel Baptist Church. Wade was an avid fisherman, NASCAR fan, and all-around sports fan. His strong work ethic continued even after retirement as he became the "yardman" for his neighbors.
Wade is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Virginia Bowers White; three daughters, Laura Ann White, Susan White, and Lea Ellen Frasca spouse Tony Frasca; grandson Derek Frasca, and numerous nieces and nephews. Wade will always be remembered for his funny one-liners comments and his daughters are deeply thankful for his loving kindness while raising his three daughters.
