Vivian Darlene Dupree

November 8, 1952 — July 4, 2024

Vivian Darlene Dupree, 71, of Byron, passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2024. A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, July 8, at 3:00 PM at the mausoleum chapel at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with Mr. Billy Goodeau officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to service time.

Mrs. Dupree was born on November 8, 1952, in Macon, Georgia, to the late Mr. Robert Roland and Mrs. Pearl Davidson Roland. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Byron, Georgia. Mrs. Dupree loved to shop, travel, decorate, and bake. She was a loving mother, who cherished her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dupree was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, John W. Dupree, Jr.

Mrs. Dupree is survived by her children, Holly Dupree Daniels (Patrick Spears), Robin Dupree Smith (Ronnie) and Kelly Dupree Deeley (James); grandchildren, Dean Salter, Devin Smith, Olivia Daniels, Alyssa Deeley and Aiden Deeley.

In lieu of flowers, the family graciously requests donations be made in Mrs. Dupree's honor to: Faith Baptist Church, 239 Georgia Highway 49, Byron, Georgia 31008.
