Vicki Wainwright Robinson was born on July 29, 1955, to John Clinton Wainright and Maggie Louise Wainwright. Vicki passed away peacefully with family on October 24, 2023, at the age of sixty-eight. She grew up in Macon, GA, but also enjoyed many of her tender years with her beloved sister and family in Louvale, GA.
Vicki lived a county girl's life growing up in Georgia. She loved to spend time in the woods exploring and enjoying nature with her brother Byron. As an animal lover at heart, there was never an opportunity missed to love on, help, or enjoy any animals she encountered. Vicki was academically inclined with a special interest and talent in science and the arts. She grew up to graduate high school and achieved her associate degree from Crandall College.
Vicki had many interests. She loved music in all its manifestations. She could bang her head to rock, close her eyes and vibe with classical, and even bop her head to some hip hop. However, her favorite music was that of her children. Vicki was also obsessed with the arts. She loved watching ballet, drama performances and plays. Vicki also had a great interest in her family tree and exhibited incredible skills in researching and discovering her ancestry. Vicki's greatest joy was adoring her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Welcomed in heaven by John Clinton Wainwright, Maggie Louise Wainwright, Sarah C Richardson, Byron Lee Wainwright, and her dog's Princess and Patches. Leaves to cherish her memory: Dawn Robinson Stanley "Charlie," Amanda Lynn Dawkins, Jeffrey Keith Robinson II "Michelle," Billy Russell Robinson "Kaci," 15 Grand Kids and 11 Great Grand Kids.
A celebration of Vicki's life will be held on Friday, October 27, at 1:00 PM in the chapel of FairHaven Funeral Home. Mr. Jerry "Tater" Stokes and Pastor, Ronnie Hollis will officiate. The family will greet friends one hour prior to service time.
