Troy Andrew Lassiter, 44, of Lizella, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. A celebration of Troy's and his brother, Bobby's lives, will be held on Sunday, July 27, at 2:00 PM at the Pavillion at Claystone Park at Lake Tobesofkee. There will be a $3 admission charge to the park.
Troy spent his early adult life in Lakeland, Florida, and resided in Macon, Georgia, for the past 20 years. He was a jack of all trades and could do just about anything from working on cars to remodeling/building homes, to tending to cattle. Troy took great pride in the work he completed. He especially loved his job and his boss, Russ Brown, who was a wonderful mentor to Troy, teaching him to be a better man. His favorite hobbies were bass fishing, video games, artifact hunting, and spending time with his family.
Troy was preceded in death by his father, Andy Ellis Lassiter; stepmother, Theresa Cannon Lassiter; brother, Bobby Lassiter; and his first child with Tiffani, an angel baby they named, Adrianna.
Left to cherish Troy's memory are his wife of 12 years, Tiffany West Lassiter and their daughters, Averie and Charlie; daughters, Alona and Alexis; son, Andrew; mother, Wanda Lassiter; brothers, Brian (Jen) and Brad (Dina); nephews, Zach (Kristen), Daylin, Ashton, Tyler, and Hunter; and nieces, Erica and Braydon.
