Tommy Wright

Tommy Mitchell Wright, 75 of Macon, Georgia passed away Sunday, January 29, 2023.
Born in Macon, he was the son of the late Mitchell Wade Wright and Willie Ray Wood Wright. He was preceded in death by his sister Margie McKinney.
He was a 1965 graduate of Lanier High School. Affectionately known as "Porky" he was a member of the Chi Delta Fraternity. He was cherished by all who knew him. Always ready for a good time, he loved all his frat brothers and sponsors.
He was an avid Allman Brothers Band fan; never missing a performance especially the early days in Central City Park.
He was a retired Warehouse Manager with Bearings and Drives Industrial Supply.
He is survived by his sister, Kathy Mixon, several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will follow at a later date.
