Timothy Alan Queen, 61, of Macon, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. The family invites friends to join them Friday, September 29, 2023, from 6:00-8:00pm for a time of visitation at Fairhaven Funeral Home. A funeral service to honor his life will be held Saturday, September 30, 2023, at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home. Immediately following, Mr. Queen will be laid to rest at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Pastor Johnny Baggett will officiate. The family requests anyone that owns a hot rod, please bring them, and accompany him to the cemetery.
Mr. Queen was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Mr. Noah Franklin Queen, Sr. and Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Brock. He was a father to all and took pride in that role. Timothy loved all things cars. He found true joy in the Middle Georgia Cruisers, he was one of the Last Midnight Riders, Chevy Bow Tie Man, 67 Camaros and many other groups in the past 34 years. His love for vehicles led him into his successful business, Tim Queen's Auto Sales where he was a devoted hard worker. He lived life well and enjoyed the simple things in life. Above all, his family meant most to him. The family will forever cherish all of their memories with him and miss him dearly.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Noah Franklin Queen, Jr and Terry Lee Queen.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 43 years, Shelley; daughter, April (Ricky) Ray; grandchildren, Shelby Ray and Hannah "Bug" Ray; his loving dogs, Sugar Baby, Freckles and Lovie; special friends, Terry and Krista Wooten; and a host of loving friends and family.
