Theresa Diana Bean Slucher, 66, of Macon, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2024. Funeral services will be private.
Ms. Slucher was born on October 7, 1957, in Macon, Georgia, to the late Mr. Johnny Bean and Mrs. Gladys Bean. Ms. Slucher was a 1975 graduate at Southwest High School. She was employed at Macon Blueprint, now known as ARC, where she worked diligently for 30 years before getting her job at Glass Service Center in Macon where she spent the rest of her career in many roles including Office Manager. She enjoyed the company of many friends at Mr. E's Sports Bar and got to spend her last days laughing and playing with her much loved granddaughter and spending time with her son Stephen and his wife Tyler.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Slucher was preceded in death by her husband of 15 years, Eddie Slucher; sister Cheryl Busbee (Danny) of Macon; husband, as well as father to her child, Randy Hornaday of Macon.
Left to cherish Ms. Slucher's memory are her son, Stephen Hornaday (Tyler) of Gray; nephews Danny Shane Busbee of Macon and Scotty Busbee of Atlanta; and lovely new granddaughter Elaina Hornaday and grandson Bentley Risner.
