Susan Supers Loyd

Susan Supers Loyd, 65, of Macon, passed away on Monday, July 7, 2025. A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, July 15, at 3:00 PM in the chapel of FairHaven Funeral Home with Pastor, Ronnie Hollis officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to service time. Mrs. Loyd will be laid to rest during a private family graveside ceremony on Wednesday, July 15, at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Forest Park, Georgia.

Mrs. Loyd was born on March 11, 1960, in Macon, Georgia, to the late Mrs. Jackie Mann Supers. She was a cosmetologist with Great Clips. Susan was a loving mother and wife. Her work ethic was unmatched and she loved her coworkers like family. At home, she loved her plants and she was an exceptional baker. Her cakes were one of a kind.

In addition to her mother, Mrs. Loyd was preceded in death by Brenda Supers and Frankie Supers.

Left to cherish Mrs. Loyd's memory are her husband of 41 years, Harold Fletcher Loyd; daughter, Brittany Loyd Thiel; son, Brandon Loyd; grandchildren, Desiree Grow, James Grow, Gracie Thiel, Cory Thiel; sisters, Jean Supers Ushrey and Sue Super's McKay; and brother, Charles Supers.

In lieu of flowers, the family graciously requests donations to help with the cost of funeral arrangements.
