Steven Kyle Underwood, 33, of Macon, went to be with his Lord on Friday, July 10, 2020. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Rock Springs Church, 6601 Zebulon Rd, Macon. Pastor Craig Walden and Pastor Chris Minton will officiate.
Kyle was born on July 7, 1987 in Macon to Steve and Laura Underwood, he attended Westside High School, where he played football and was a member of Mabel White Baptist Church. Kyle had an adventurous spirit and loved to travel, even taking a cross country trip to California. He was a friend to everyone he met and never knew a stranger. Though Kyle faced struggles in his life, his love for his family, especially his children never faltered. His vibrant and sweet spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew him
Kyle was preceded in death by his cousin; Cooper O'Brien, great grandparents; Estelle and Watson Underwood and Elizabeth Clay.Grandparents; Eddie Underwood, Barbara Cheshire, Jim Duckworth, John Lagomarsino and uncle; John Lagomarsino.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving family. His parents Steve and Laura Underwood. Sons; Kaden and Karson Underwood. Sister; Dr. Leigh Bennett (Wade Bennett, Jr.), nieces; L.E. Bennett, Judith Bennett, and Corrie Leigh Bennett. Grandmother; Ramona Dunworth, aunts; Donna O'Brien (Kevin), Dana Cheshire, and Denise Lowe as well as his cousin; Parker O'Brien and adopted brother; Kwabena Opoku-Fianko
