Stanley Marvin Wynens, 74, of Musella, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2024. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday October 29, 2024, at 12:00 PM in the Chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home. The family invites friends to join them for a time of visitation one hour prior to service time. Pastor Owen will officiate the service.
Stanley was born October 10, 1950, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Mr. George Marvin Wynens and Mrs. Dorothy Sweatmon Wynens. He retired from Clayton County as a Plans Examiner after many years of service. Stanley is described as a jack of all trades that could teach you the "right way" to build something. He truly was a master craftsman specializing in everything he tried. He taught Plumbing at Clayton College; even though he wasn't a plumber, he was the Owner and Proprietor of Pro Air, and built his home by hand. He was known as a very fun guy to be around, and people were naturally drawn to his charisma and charm. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 50 years, B. Gail Wynens; sisters, Renee (Randy) Hale, Diane Mitchell; sister-in-law, Vickie White; father-in-law, John Manning; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog Otis.
