Shirley Irene Vinson Justice

Shirley Irene Vinson Justice, 75, of Warner Robins, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 26, 2025. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at Lizella Baptist Church in Lizella, Georgia, on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

Mrs. Justice was born on August 20, 1950, in Greenwood, South Carolina, to the late Mr. Phillip David Vinson (and late stepmother, Alice Vinson) and Mrs. Dorothy Louise Hutto Cofer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 21 years, Kevin Justice, and her sister, Bertha Louise Martin (Bruce).

Shirley later made Middle Georgia her home, where she built a life rooted in hard work, compassion, and meaningful connections with family, friends, and coworkers.

She enjoyed a long and accomplished professional career, holding several positions throughout her working life. Shirley retired after forty-two years of dedicated service, most recently with BioLab, where she served as Warehouse Manager for twenty years. She was known for her strong work ethic, leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of working alongside her. Shirley took immense pride in her work and was respected not only for her knowledge and reliability, but also for the fairness, kindness, and encouragement she showed others.

Outside of her professional life, Shirley was truly a people person. She was known for her infectious smile, warm and welcoming spirit, and genuine love for others. She had a giving heart and found joy in helping those around her, whether through a kind word, a listening ear, or quiet acts of generosity. Shirley cherished time spent with her family and treasured the many relationships she built throughout her life.

Left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Wanda Faye Sherrell (late Ronnie) and Gloria Darlene Mathews (Tony); her brother, Phillip Shane Vinson (Misty); along with numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
