Sherry Webb Rowland, of Macon, Georgia passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2025. A graveside service to honor her life will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at Magnolia Park Cemetery at 11:00 AM. Pastor Ronnie Hollis, Jr. will officiate.
Sherry was born in Atlanta, Georgia on July 27, 1941, to the late Mr. Belton Brooks Webb and Mrs. Katie Kathleen Tribble. Sherry was a kind and simple soul, whose life was marked by her deep devotion to the ones she loved. She graduated from North Georgia College in Dahlonega, GA, with a Bachelor's in Education, a field that became a passion of hers. For many years, she served as a teacher, nurturing and guiding her students with patience and care, always taking pride in her role. Outside the classroom, Sherry found joy in the simple pleasures of life, like playing bridge, crocheting, and caring for her animals and family. She also gave back to her community by serving as a Girl Scout leader, helping to shape the lives of young girls. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew her, a testament to her gentle spirit and unwavering commitment to others.
Left to cherish her memory are her girls, Sabra (Phillip) Bowden, Melinda (Doug) King, and Michele (Frank) Davis; grandchildren, Spencer, Brinkley, Brayden, Davey (Mallory), Garrett (Stephanie), Sarah, Matthew; and great grandchildren, Lawson, Everly, and Grayson.
