Shelby Flanders

Shelby Jean "Mama Jean" Johnson Flanders, 79, of Warner Robins, Georgia passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017. Graveside Services will be held Monday, March 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with friends and family gathering at the home of her daughter, Wanda Watson, following the service. The family will have a time of visitation on Sunday, March 19, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. till 4:00 p.m. in Fairhaven Funeral Home, 4989 Mount Pleasant Church Road Macon.
Born in Cochran, Georgia, She was the daughter of the late Otis Johnson and Myrtice Arnold Johnson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fisher Flanders, Jr. and a brother, Dennis Johnson (Grace). She was of the Methodist faith, seamstress, grocery store owner and a homemaker.
She is survived by her step-children, Carey Flanders(Charlene), Wanda K. Watson(Tex), Brother, James Wayne Johnson, Sisters, Judy Johnson and Karen Lindsey(Phillip) Grandchildren, Christy, Autumn, Holly, Ty, Troy, Veronica, Tiffany. 14 great grandchildren, Uncle, Willie J. "Bud" Arnold and 4 nephews and 2 nieces and great nieces and nephews.
