Scott C. Evans, 48, of Jones County, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 10, 2017. A graveside service to celebrate his life will be held Friday, September 15, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Middle Georgia Memory Gardens. Reverend Kim Washburn will officiate.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving mother, Faye Evans. Brother; Noel Evans (Seleta). Two nieces and one nephew.
