Sandra Jean Roberson, 76, of Lizella passed away peacefully early Thursday morning, August 23, 2018. A graveside funeral service to honor her life will be held Monday, August 27, 2018 at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, with the Reverend Wesley Bridgers officiating. The family will greet friends Sunday, August 26, 2018 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home, 4989 Mount Pleasant Church Road, Macon.
Sandra was born in Macon on March 11, 1942. Known predominantly for being a very hard worker she was always willing to do whatever it took to provide for her family. She was a very loyal person who would lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Sandra's most cherished possession was her family, which she loved unconditionally. She will be greatly missed by all of those who loved her dearly.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Ruby Wynn; Husband, Wayne Roberson; Son, David Kirkland Sr. and Daughter, Donna Kay Stuart.
Left to cherish her memory is her lifelong companion, Danny Alford; Daughters, Kathy Stuart (Anthony) and Vicki Stuart-Register (Bryan); Sister, Marie Bates; Grandchildren, David Kirkland Jr., Tony Womack, Robbie Maine, Keaton Stuart, Haley Sheffield, Justin Sheffield, Dalton Hammonds and five Great Grandchildren.
