Sandra Kaye Jones of Macon passed away peacefully at home on July 19, 2026, aged 78 after an extended illness. She was born November 7, 1947 to the late Rudolph and Katie Denny Jones and was a lifelong resident of Macon. She graduated from Margaret McEvoy High School in 1965 and worked as a legal secretary and paralegal for many years.
Sandra was known for her beautiful flowers and gardening skills. She was an impeccable home decorator, and a passionate animal lover with many rescued pets over the years. She had a passion for knowledge and loved reading.
Left to cherish Sandra's memories are her daughters, Lana (Gary) Joiner of Lilly, GA; Gina Cauley of Macon; and Nichole (Brian) DeLoach of Macon; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She will be missed by her loved ones and friends. Funeral services will be private.
