Ruby Paulette Harwell Neff, 77, of Warner Robins, passed away on January 2, 2022. Funeral services will be private.
Mrs. Neff was born on January 16, 1944, in Warner Robins, Georgia, to the late Mr. Paul Brown Harwell and Mrs. Ruby Mae Kent Harwell. She graduated from Robins High School in 1962 and retired from Robins Air Force Base.
Mrs. Neff was preceded in death by her son, Todd Paul Neff.
Mrs. Neff is survived by her husband of 54 years, Clarence J. Neff; daughter, Natasha Toole (Ron Jerry); granddaughter, Aryan Grush; great-grandchildren, Milla Sophia Ruby Grush and Kingston Elliott Rivers; and sister, Kimberly Yvonne Toole.
