Robert Ray Woodall, 87, of Byron, Georgia passed away Sunday, February 28, 2016. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in Avondale Baptist Church, Macon. Reverend Marty Watson will officiate. Visitation will follow the service at the church.
Born in Fulton County, He was the son of the late James Milton Woodall and Ola Mae Driver Woodall. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucy Woodall and a daughter, Laura Woodall Geiger.
A graduate of Georgia Tech, he was a retired engineer with the Houston County Medical Center and attended Avondale Baptist Church.
He is survived by the Light of His Life, Gloria L. Johnson of Macon; Son, Joseph Woodall of Hampton, Ga.; daughter, Lucy Woodall of Austell, Ga. Several grandchildren and a sister.
