Robert John McDermid

Robert John McDermid, 59, of Macon, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2026. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday September 26th from 4pm to 6pm at his son’s (Robert) home.

Mr. McDermid was born on February 22, 1967, in Oxnard, California.

Mr. McDermid was preceded in death by his dad, Ray Still and his brothers, Del McDermid and Jimmy McDermid along with his two fur babies, Chaos and Bama.

Left to cherish Mr. McDermid’s memory are his mama, Barbara Still of Gray, Ga and his sisters Terri Lucero (George) of Gray, Ga, Regina Elrod (Lee) of Fitzgerald, Ga and Cassandra Horne of Douglasville, Ga. As well as his children, Robert Tyler McDermid (Kelly) of Macon, Ga, Amber Mullen  (Matt) of Sandersville, Ga, Kimberly Mercer (Jim) of Macon, Ga, William McDermid of Melbourne, Fl and Sheila Faulk of Macon, Ga along with his 12 grandkids, Mayleigh, Rj, Wesson, Lil Matt, Destiny, Kaden, Caitlyn, Brandon, Sabrina, Damon, Charley and Shiann.
