Richard Rivera

Ricardo "Richard" Rivera affectionately known as "Ricky" passed away peacefully in his home on January 21, 2024, after battling cancer at the age of 59. Born in Trenton, NJ and raised in Yardley, PA, Ricky graduated from Pennsbury High School in 1982 and served in the United States Navy from 1982 to 1985 and served in the Reserves until 1988. Ricky was a skilled aviation mechanic whom dedicated the last 20 years of service to Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, GA. Ricky is the son of the late Carmen (Thibault) and Guillermo Rivera and brother of the late Guillermo "Billy", Aurele and MaryLyn Rivera. He is survived by his sister in law, Patti Shaw; nephew, Lee Nolan (Jessica); nieces, Jacquelyn and Kelsey Rivera; great-nephews and niece, Joseph and Jenna Nolan, Gavin Rivera, Gunner Vuolo; and his beloved kitties. The family is planning a service in the spring in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Memorial contributions in Ricky's name may be made to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society.
