Rex was born on May 27, 1997, in Macon, Georgia. He was a graduate of Rutland High School. He attended Central Georgia Tech to pursue a career in welding. Rex was an avid fisherman and loved to hunt. He was an employee of Fish N Pig for several years.
Rex was preceded in death by his mother, Kim Marie Moore.
