Paul Wesley Riley, 60 of Macon, Georgia passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at his home after a brief illness with cancer. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 27, 2014 in the chapel of FairHaven Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in New Elim Baptist Church Cemetery. Reverend Johnny Baggett will officiate.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. till 2: 00 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
Born in Savannah, Georgia, he was a lifelong resident of the Macon area and a member of the New Elim Baptist Church. He had previously worked as a painter and a carpenter. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul H. Riley.
He is survived by his mother, Katherine Riley of Macon; Aunt, Joan Wood of Macon, Uncle, Theron Blackwell of Macon; sister, Deborah McGrotha(Kenneth) of Macon; nieces, Kellie Barton of Macon and Tania Bartlett(Robbie) of Byron; nephew, Brannon McGrotha of New York; great niece, Riley Elizabeth Bartlett of Byron.
