Patricia Walker

Patricia A. Walker, 82, of Byron passed away peacefully Friday May, 22, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services to honor her life will be held, Tuesday, May 26 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of FairHaven Funeral Home. The family will greet friends one hour prior beginning at 1:00 P.M. Interment will be immediately following in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with The Reverend Tyler Plaxico officiating.
Patricia attended Byron United Methodist Church and was a member of the VFW 658, where she avidly called Bingo. She was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary and the Lioness Club. Patricia loved her Georgia Bulldawgs and was a big Nascar fan. She was formerly employed as a bookkeeper by LJL Trucking. Above everything she was an amazing Momma, Granny and Great Granny.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil H. Jones and Mary Ethel Ackerman Jones, and the father of her children, O.D. Walker.
Her memory will forever be cherished by her loving daughters, Paula Smith (Steve), Torey Boonstra (Randy) and Leigh Waters (Mark); four Grandchildren, Stephanie Wilson (William), Stephen Smith, Becky Boonstra and Rachael Boonstra; three Great- Grandchildren, Trey Wilson, Colby Wilson, and Kayleigh Chyle as well as her brother, Cecil H. Jones, Jr., and sisters, Cindy Venable Bozman, and Donna Beth Lauricio. Patricia will be missed by all who knew her.
