Pamela Diane Leverette Gay, 71, of Byron, Georgia passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, December 9, 2023. The family will have a private burial.
Pam was born on December 24, 1951, in Macon, Georgia to the late Mr. Robert Euston Leverette and Mrs. Maise Stephenson. She enjoyed life's simple treasures. In her free time, she would quilt and was very talented. Pam displayed some of her finest work throughout her house and the homes of the people dear to her. She enjoyed gardening, writing, and spending time with her family. Pam was avid in her faith and looked forward to the day she would meet her Lord and Savior. She will be dearly missed by her friends, family and those who were lucky enough to know and love her.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Mike and sister, Janice.
Left to cherish her precious memories is her husband of nearly 51 years, William Gay; stepchildren, Stanley (Dawn) Gay and Virginia (Len) Davis; brothers, Jeffrey and Jerry Leverette; sister-in-law, Virginia Stringfellow; 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
