Palmer Munn

Palmer Alexander "Billy" Munn Jr. 82, of Gray, Georgia passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2021. A graveside service will be held Monday, January 11, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Midway Baptist Church Cemetery, Lizella, Ga. Reverend Mike Fuller will officiate. The family will have a time of visitation on Sunday, January 10, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. till 4:00 p.m. in Fairhaven Funeral Home in Macon.
Born in Americus, Georgia, he was the son of the late Palmer Alexander Munn Sr. and Martha Francis Cole St. John. He was a retired air traffic controller from the Federal Aviation Agency and was a pilot for many years for Carl Reynolds.
Mr. Munn was a member of the Midway Baptist Church and was preceded in death by a daughter, Brandi Anderson and grandchildren, Samantha Jones and Andrew Baker.
He is survived by his wife, Johnnie Faye Grant Munn, children, Kathy Phillips(Andy), Johnnie Baker(Bob) , Lessa Neilson(George), Jeffery Jones(Michelle)and Sandy Compton(Dustin); Brother, Ed Munn(Joyce); Fifteen grandchildren and Eighteen great grandchildren.
