Melissa Register was a shining example of faith, love, and strength. As a devoted Christian, she cherished her relationship with the Lord and lived her life with a heart full of grace and kindness. Her love for her grandkids was immeasurable, always making them feel special and loved. Melissa found peace and joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was fishing by the water or enjoying the beach. Known affectionately by those who loved her as "Smiley," she had a warm, infectious presence that made everyone around her feel at ease. Protective and nurturing, Melissa was the kind of person who always had your back and was a steady source of support. She lived a life free of harsh words, never once cursing, and her gentle spirit will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents Mr. Ronald Britt and Ms. Natocha Sammons; sons, Josh (Cheyenne) Register, Caleb (Harley) Register; daughter, Brandi (Andy) Register; sister, Tammy Britt and seventeen grandchildren.
