Mary Emily Fussell Powell. 89, of Macon, Georgia passed away Saturday, February 4, 2017. A memorial service will be held Sunday, February 5, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home, 4989 Mount Pleasant Church Road.
Born in Ben Hill County, She was the daughter of the late Hallie Fussell and Geneva Fussell. She was the widow of Eugene Fred Powell and was also preceded in death by a grandchild, Julie Payne.
She is survived by her two children, David Powell and Barbara Payne (Chuck) Brother, Thomas Fussell . Grandchildren, Kyle Charles Payne, and Jessica Lynn Payne Large (Matthew Durant Large) and a great grandchild, Noland Durant Large.
