Mary "Linda" James Phelps, 71, of Macon, Georgia passed away on Monday, October 31, 2016. Services to honor her life will be held Saturday, November 05, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield, Kentucky with burial following in Welch's Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:00AM until 8:00PM on Friday, November 04, 2016 in the Dermitt Funeral Home.

Born in Morgantown, Kentucky to the late Elliott James and Glennie Cook James, she was the widow of Jerry M. Phelps.
She is survived by two sons; Jerry "Moe" Phelps, Jr. and Lawrence Elliott Phelps; and a daughter Georgia Phelps Ray (Tony), nine Grandchildren and seven Great-grandchildren; and two brothers; Leonard and Charles James.
