Mary Jeanette Grimes Hall, 91, of Macon, passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 31, at 2:00 PM in Snow Hill Baptist Church in Alamo, Georgia, with Pastor Randall Tarpley officiating. Burial will immediately follow in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends one hour prior to service time.
Ms. Hall was born on December 7, 1929, in Glenwood, Georgia, to the late Andrew Julius Grimes and Addie Mae Raburn Grimes. She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church. Ms. Hall loved God and her family. She spent her free time needleworking and cooking.
Ms. Hall was preceded in death by her daughters, Juanice Hencely, Mary Lois Hall, Eloise Hall, and Jane Hall; and son, Roy Hall.
Ms. Hall is survived by her daughter, Clarice Leatherwood (Tim); son, Glynn Andrew Hall; grandchildren, Chris Hall, Jessica Hall, Vanessa Hall, Maricel Silsbee, Ryan Rumfield, Kimberly Howard, Jonathan Hall, Amanda Hall, Matthew Hall, Charolynn Bayona Hall, Gabriel Saunders, and Jerome Rivera; several great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
