Marvin Taylor

Marvin Lee Taylor, 59, of Macon, Georgia gained his Heavenly wings on Friday, January 7, 2022. A memorial service to honor his life will be held at Thomaston Road Church of Christ located at 5859 Thomaston Rd Macon, Ga on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 1pm.
Marvin was the son of Mr. Earnest Ray Taylor and Martha Jean Lawrey Taylor. He grew up in Macon, Ga, where he owned a construction company & raised his children. Marvin loved the Lord and always said he knew where he'd be going when he died. He also loved his dog Sargent, dancing, carpentry, Nascar, traveling & simply being around his family.
Marvin is preceded in death by his parents.
Left to cherish Marvin's memory are his children: Tiffany Purvis, Son-in-law Wesley Purvis, and M. Spencer Taylor. He also leaves behind grandchildren Bradley Mullis, Connor Mullis, Tori Castillo, Dawson Purvis, and a great grandchild Asia Mullis. The Mother of his children, Crystal Taylor. Brothers Doug & Richard and Sisters Barbara, Kathy & Amanda. However, Marvin will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
