Martha Veal

Martha Loraine "Gail" Veal, 83, of Macon, passed away peacefully Monday, August 7, 2017. Funeral Services to celebrate her life will be held Wednesday August 9, 2017 at 3:00 P.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home. Burial will be immediately following at Avondale Baptist Church. The family will have a time of visitation one hour prior to the service beginning at 2:00 p.m.
Gail was born in Fort Valley, Georgia. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She lived the majority of her life in Macon, Georgia with her loving husband and daughter. She spent her life as a housewife raising her daughter. She was a woman of faith and lived each day to the fullest. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Veal. Her parents; Annie Laura Beck DeFoe and Minter DeFoe. Brother; James Defoe, Sr. Daniel DeFoe and Rep DeFoe.
Left to mourn her, daughter- Pamela Veal Barron and son in law, Robert Barron. Grandchildren; Seth Barron and Lindsey Benincase. Great Grandchildren; Donovan Barron, Darby Barron and Cariella Benincase; Nephews, Ronny DeFoe and Jimmy DeFoe.
