Marilu Jones

Marilu Bone "Mema" Jones, 93, of Lizella passed away peacefully Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Pine Pointe Hospice. The family will greet friends, Sunday June 14 at FairHaven Funeral Home, 4989 Mount Pleasant Church Road, Macon from 2:00-4:00 P.M. Graveside Services to celebrate her life will be held, Monday, June 15, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with The Pastor Craig Holmes officiating.
Born in Danville, Georgia she was the daughter of the late James Esker Bone, Sr., and Mary Bell Bone. Marilu was a loving homemaker and the widow of William Russell Jones.
Left to cherish her memory are her two sons, William Hiram Jones of Lizella, and James Edward Jones (Darlene) also of Lizella. Her brother, James Esker Bone, Jr. (Mary) of Youngstown, Florida and a nephew Edsel Lee Bone, Jr. of Lizella. As well as two grandchildren, five great- grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff at Pine Pointe Hospice for all that they have done.
