Marie Adamson Alexander, 59, of Macon, passed away Monday, January 11, 2016.
Visitation with family will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, January 16 at Centenary United Methodist Church. With memorial service to follow at 2:00 pm. Private family interment will occur at a later date.
Marie was a loving grandmother, mother, daughter, aunt, sister. Marie was a career cosmetologist and was school bus driver for Crawford and Bibb Counties. She enjoyed volunteering her time as a sponsor with the local AA.
Marie is preceded in death by her father, Charles Curtis Adamson; twin infant sons – Charles and Christopher; niece Dana Boyd.
Marie is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Laura (Caleb) Sugg; son Brian Smith of Macon; grandson Dylan Sugg; mother Avis Thompson Scott of Byron; brothers Rev. Jimmy (Debbie) Adamson of Bainbridge, GA; Keith (Mary) Adamson of Ft. Valley; Nathan Lee (Rhonda) Adamson of McDonough; 5 nieces, 1 nephew, 3 great nieces, 5 great nephews.
