M. "Dell" Moore, 61, of Macon, passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2019. A memorial service will be held on a later date.
Dell was born in Macon, Georgia, on November 27, 1957. She graduated from Mercer University with a master's degree in engineering. Dell worked for Datum Software Inc., a contractor for the Department of Defense. She volunteered for the Children's Miracle Network for 25 years.
Dell was preceded in death by her parents, Asa Earl Moore, Jr. and Effie Jackson Moore; and a special aunt, Mary Moore Stallings.
Dell is survived by her cousins, Shirley S. Tucker, Pat S. Norrell, and Linda S. Rowell; and second cousins, Lindsay Stokes, Jessie Marrero, John Norrell, James Norrell, Audrey Rowell, and Shelley Dearman.
In lieu of flowers, the family graciously requests donations be made in Dell's honor to, the Children's Hospital, In Care Of: Navicent Health Foundation at 777 Hemlock Street MSC #78, Macon, Georgia 31201
The family would like to thank the staff of Navicent Health for the compassionate care that was shown to Dell during her lengthy stay.
