Ms. Loretta Denise Dukes (Kim) was the daughter of Diane Bullock and Larry McIntyre. Kim was raised in Norfolk, Virginia by her grandfather Richard Bullock and aunt Regina Bullock.
Kim was born February 3, 1969 in Richmond, Virginia. She was educated through the Norfolk public school system. She worked for several companies from General Foam, Krispy Kreme, McDonald's, Dixie cleaners throughout her career. Her last employment agency was Porterfield Rehabilitation Center where she provided several years of service until stricken with illness. Kim was a faithful member of Cathedral Christ Baptist Church in Macon Georgia. She was united in holy matrimony to Curtis Dukes in June 1996; through their union they were blessed with seven children. She was an extravagant organizer and decorator. A woman of wisdom she was very caring and giving, she was great at giving guidance to her children as well as others; her influence will forever remain in the lives of those who knew her.
Kim loved her children and family very much and especially her grandchildren. After many years of illness, she departed from this life on December 24, 2016. She is preceded in death by her twins, Eric and Erica Dukes and her grandmother Gertrude Bullock and her uncle Edward Bellamy, her mother-in-law, Annie Dukes and her father-in-law Clarence Dukes. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of a devoted husband Curtis Dukes and her children Rico Bullock of Georgia, Robert Bullock of Georgia, Shaunta Bullock of North Carolina, Devante Dukes of Missouri and Romeo Dukes of Georgia. She has three grandchildren Carmen Cosby, Deshawn Bullock and Cameron Bullock. Her brother's and their families Mark and Darla Bullock of Killeen Texas, Kerry and Toya Bullock of Dumfries Virginia, her sister Nekice Bullock who lives in Franklin Virginia. Her Aunts Trudy Bullock, Lucinda Barnes, Regina Bullock of Virginia and devoted nieces, nephews and friends. Kim will be forever truly missed by all who know and love her.
