Logan Hayes Smith, 33, of Lebanon, Tennessee passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, September 5, 2015. Funeral Services to honor his life will be held Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home, 4989 Mount Pleasant Church Road, Macon. Interment will be immediately following the service at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The family will greet friends, Wednesday, September 9, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Fairhaven Funeral Home.
