Linda Smith

Linda Blackshear Smith, 79 of Macon, Georgia passed Friday, December 22, 2023. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in the Glen Haven Mausoleum Chapel with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Born in Macon, she was a Orthodontic Assistant, working for several Orthodontist Offices In Macon and Atlanta.

In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, arts and crafts, and being involved with her painting group.

She was preceded in death by her son, William Lee Grimsley and her grandmother who raised her, Annie Lou Thompson.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, James L. Smith, children, Deborah Linda Pinholster, Bethanie Ann Grimsley, James Allen Smith(Amy) and Melissa Smith Hammock(Jason), Grandchildren, Colby Grant Pinholster, Jameson Bozeman Smith, Johnathan Allen Smith, Josie Ann Smith, Emma Dawn Mitchell, and Wyatt Keith Mitchell. Great grandchild, Brayden Grant Pinholster.
