Linda Hamlin

Linda Darlene McCall Hamlin, 68, of Byron passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Heart of Georgia Hospice Unit in Perry. The family will have a time of visitation to greet friends on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Services to celebrate her life will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of FairHaven Funeral Home. Pastor Ed Chambless will officiate. Immediately following the service, Linda will be laid to rest in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
Linda was a member of Gilead Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her son; Henry Thomas Hamlin, her parents Fleming and Mabel McCall as well as one brother; Fleming McCall, Jr.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving family; her husband, Prentiss Kendall Hamlin, Sr.. Children; Prentiss Kendall Hamlin, Jr. (Serina), Matthew Scott Hamlin (Heather), Michael Keith Hamlin and Cynthia Karen Swafford (Shawn). Eleven grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one brother; Roland Wynn McCall (Tanya).
