Linda Sue Wertman Bell, 69, of Gray, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday July 8, 2021. Funeral Services will be private
Linda was born November 21, 1951 in Macon to the late J.P. Morgan Todd and Marie Sumlin Todd. She worked in retail for Sally Beauty Supply, but later in life she was a devoted Homemaker. Linda was a strong willed woman, who was never afraid to speak her mind, or stick up for herself, and if she needed to, she had a strong right hook. She was fun loving and wild, but more than anything, she loved her family. Linda would always make sure they had everything they needed, and were taken care of. In her free time, she enjoyed puzzles, gardening, and reading, she had countless devotionals. Linda loved animals, especially her small dogs, Teddy Bear in particular, he followed her wherever she went, and was a faithful companion until he passed away. She was a simple person that enjoyed the simple things in life. Her joyful spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, as well as several siblings and fur baby Teddy Bear.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving family. Her children; Amanda Bradford (Scott), John Dupree (Shannon), and Rebecca Dupree. Grandchildren; Katelyn Bradford, Cody Bradford, Dale Sears, and Tracy Sears as well as one sister; Betty Sinclair.
