Leo Frank "Bubba" Lowe Jr. 71, of East Dublin, Georgia passed away Friday, January 1, 2016. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, January 6, 2016 in the Union Chapel Church, Marion Road Macon, Ga.
Born in Savannah, he was the son of the late Leo Frank Lowe Sr. and Louise Edna Strickland Lowe. He was a retired barber from the Shurlington Barber Shop. He was a veteran, who served in the U.S. Navy.
He is preceded in death by one daughter, Cheryl Majercin and is survived by his remaining children, Leo Frank Lowe III ( Amber), Tina Kitzman (Joe), Tammy Bardelli (Marco) and Lori Lowe. Brothers, William Lowe (Barbara) and Richard Lowe (Tina). Sisters, Shirley Cranford (Heyward) and Vivian Danforth. 10 Grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Best Friend, Heyward Cranford.
