Lennie Carole Poltrock, 71, peacefully passed away surrounded by family on the 14th of December, 2020. She was born in the small town of Jenkins, Kentucky, December 24, 1949, to Ward and Amelia Collins.
She is survived by her brother, Danny Collins (Anne); daughter, Annette Weiche (Adam); and grandchildren, Shayna and Amanda Boggess, Kevin Easthope, and Kery and Kurt Weiche. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ward and Amelia Collins; husband, Cary Poltrock; partner, Ronald Newsome; and daughter, Sherri Poltrock.
She was a lover of God and a faithful servant to those who needed care throughout their life. She was an animal loving, banana bread making, joke cracking, coffee lover. Lennie was immensely proud of her family and friends and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories.
She will be cremated and a celebration of life will take place soon. She will take a trip back to her roots and will be laid to rest in a special place that is dear to her heart.
