Kimberly Pittman

June 17, 1972 — April 24, 2024

Kimberly Michelle Pittman affectionately known as "Kim" , "KP" , or "Auntie" was born June 17, 1972, to the parentage of the late Joanne Pittman Holmes and Michael Alan Pittman in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Joanne later relocated her family to Macon, Georgia and remarried to James Earl Holmes.

Kim shared a deep spiritual connection with God as she co-led the Women with Purpose Bible Talk and Fasts. She also was a member of the statewide women restate investors group, WRIEN. She enjoyed reading, gardening, skating, traveling, and food testing.

Kim graduated from Southwest High School in Macon, Georgia and immediately entered the United States Navy. After her served commitment, she ventured into the workforce. She started with Cox Communications, then devoted 17 years to Geico's Macon Regional Office before finding her final work family at Georgia Farm Bureau in Macon, Georgia.

Kim used her beautiful smile and boisterous laugh to make any stranger feel like family. She did not meet a problem that prayer, networking, and determination could not solve. She touched everyone with warmth and light that can only come from the love of God. Compassion and kindness became her tools as she worked every room she entered. And forever, we, as her peers, are changed.

Kim has stayed the course and fought as God's loyal believer to earn her eternal home. Heaven is not just the place for her to reconnect with those lost along journey, such as her parents, beloved dog, Satchmo, brother, Michael, and best friends, Mary and Marlo. It also is the place where she has gained her healing and final peace.

Kim has arrived at home and is survived by her brothers, Duane Marshall (Ortaria) Pittman and Ronald Benjamin Pittman; three aunts, Alice Wright, Angelina Bragg, and Mary Holmes; one uncle, Leon Holmes, one adoptive daughter, Raven Elizabeth Pittman, several (great) nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
