Kathy Maelene Jones Evans, 65, of Macon, Georgia passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2018. A memorial service will be held Sunday February 25, 2018 at Stone Edge Church, 5659 Zebulon Road, Macon, Georgia 31210, from 5:00-6:00 PM. The Reverend Joey Ellis will officiate.
Born in Macon, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Earl Jones and Kathryn Childres Jones. She was a member of Porterfield Baptist Church. She was a retired critical care technician from the Medical Center of Navicent Health after 40 years of service.
She is survived by her husband, Dewey Lee Evans, Son, Brian Lee Evans (Sonia), Brother, Keith Jones (Lynn) and Sister, Kandy J. Underwood (Tom). Grandchildren, Breana Moye-Chaney, Brittany Moye-Chaney, Kesley Evans, Willow Evans, Jessica Evans.
